“Please get more wheatgrass.” – We get a lot of requests for fresh wheatgrass but, unfortunately, no one locally grows a reliable source. If and when we can get a steady supply, we’ll add wheatgrass to the menu.
“I enjoy shopping in your store and have been a customer for a number of years now. However, just a suggestion, PLEASE do not fill your side bulk food bins so full. The minute you take the scoop, food is everywhere. It is not only time consuming for your staff to clean it up but has the potential to be hazardous if someone steps on it.” Lila – Thanks for that Lila. To be honest, this has been an ongoing complaint and it is a tough one to fix for a variety of operational reasons. However, we hear what you and others have had to say and we will do our best to fix this annoying problem.
“I object to the paper advertising put automatically into my bag for environmental reasons.” Ruth – Good point! We’ll offer our customers the option of not having any paper advertising in their shopping bags – just ask the cashier and they will remove it.

Many customers left comments over the past months regarding the new clip ties that replaced the twist ties for bulk items. The old twist ties were replaced by new tags, which are easier to write on. The comments were that the clips do not properly close over the bags, as they are too small. These clips will be replaced with new, larger clips (such as those used to tie bread bags closed) that will keep the bags tightly closed.
